Brenda Boggs
Owner and Medical Director
Brenda is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 34 years of experience in patient care. Her career has included service in cardiac and pulmonary units, 18 years as an occupational health medical director at a top-ranked Baltimore hospital, and work in university health. She is certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) through the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine with Neal Rouzier, M.D., and is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland. Brenda is passionate about helping patients restore balance and vitality through evidence-based care.
Paige Babb
Receptionist
Paige Babb is a graduate of Florida College of Integrative Medicine, where she earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. With a background in patient care, fitness, and health education, she is passionate about supporting individuals on their wellness journey. Paige enjoys connecting with patients, understanding their unique goals, and helping them feel welcomed and supported. Her focus is on assisting individuals in finding balance and empowering them throughout their health journey.
Cynthia Knezich
Nurse Practitioner
Cynthia Knezich is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Board-Certified Vascular Access Nurse with strong experience in patient-focused wellness for both men and women. She is also a dedicated nurse educator and leader, committed to advancing clinical excellence and evidence-based practice. Cindy is trained in both Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support through the American Heart Association, which supports her focus on delivering safe and high-quality care. She is known for her clear communication and approachable style, working closely with patients so they feel informed, supported, and confident in their wellness goals.
Nicole Swope
Nurse Practitioner
Nicole Swope is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in primary and acute care. Her career has included caring for a wide variety of diagnoses including oncology, neurology, endocrinology and general post-operative care. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their health
and wellness goals by combining their personal strengths with her experience. She has completed Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler training with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. Nicole loves to make patients feel safe, heard and involved in their own treatment plan. If you want to make small talk just ask about her dog

With a background in marketing, communications, and business development, she oversees promotional campaigns, patient engagement initiatives, and community collaborations that help advance the practice’s mission. Keyonna is passionate about connecting people with resources that support their health and wellness goals and believes education is one of the most powerful tools for improving overall well-being. She is dedicated to helping individuals feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout their wellness journey.Outside of work, Keyonna enjoys reading and lifelong learning, particularly in areas related to personal growth, wellness, and professional development.
